Victoria Oil & Gas PLC04 August 2006 Victoria Oil and Gas Plc 4 August 2006 Additional Listing Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company"), the oil and gas developerfocused in the Former Soviet Union announces today that it has allottedconditional on admission 215,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in lieu ofcash payment to advisers. These share allotments will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingissued Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the LondonStock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected thatdealings will commence on 10 August 2006. The total issued share capital ofVictoria following this allotment will be 115,577,424 shares.
