VinaLand Limited (the "Company" or "VNL"), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target key growth segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, notes recent media comment relating to a proposed disposal of certain of its hotel and leisure assets to a Singapore-listed trust. The Company can confirm that as part of its ongoing investment strategy it is actively engaged in examining the business trust model and other ways to enhance shareholder value which may include the sale of certain assets.
