Share buyback programme update

VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') today announces that the Company is about to enter a two month close period ahead of the notification of its fiscal year end results for the year ended 30 June 2015.

Pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, the Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage an irrevocable, non-discretionary share buy-back programme until the date on which the Company's full year results are notified, which is expected to be by the end of October 2015. During this period the Company and its directors have no power to invoke any changes to the programme and it is being done at the sole discretion of Numis Securities Limited.
