VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") was notified on 10 April 2015 that on 10 April 2015, Mr. Charles Isaac, a Director of the Company, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD0.519 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Isaac has a direct interest of 624,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.14 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
