Vinaland Limited was notified on 14Â July 2017 that Mr. Michel Casselman, the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, and his spouse, sold a total of 492,142 ordinary shares at USD0.79 to the Company through a Tender Offer, the results which were announced on 26 June 2017.
Mr. Casselman now has a combined direct and indirect interest of 778,358 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.31% of the Company's total voting rights.
