Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the admission to trading of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of employee share options. It is expected that Admission of the new Ordinary Shares will occur at 8:00 a.m. on 21 January 2020.

Following Admission, the Company will have 28,953,414 Ordinary Shares in issue, 456,000 of which are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 28,497,414. The figure of 28,497,414 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
