The Company was notified on 27th February 2015 by James Dickson, Executive Chairman of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 19,629 ordinary shares at 84p each, on 27th February, taking his total voting interests to 4,487,860 ordinary shares representing 16.14% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
