Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Volex plc, the global supplier of complex assemblies for performance-critical applications and power products, today announces that on Tuesday 30 July 2019, following the Company's AGM and subsequent announcements, NR Holdings Ltd purchased 53,876 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 92.2 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 36,050,377 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 24.46% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company on Tuesday 30 July 2019 at a price of 92.8 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold 520,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.35% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
