Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Volex plc, a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, today announces that on Tuesday 15 January 2019, NR Holdings Ltd purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 89.4 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 35,173,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.87% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
