Volex plc announces that between Wednesday 25 March and Friday 27 March 2020, John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 180,763 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 104 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Molloy holds 914,469 ordinary shares, representing 0.6% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
