("Volex" or the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") undertaken by certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").
Following the end of the relevant Deferral Period, the Deferred Bonus Awards for the 2020 financial year held by Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, and John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, have now vested. The awards were granted under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2015 (the "Plan").
The Company also announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, and Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer have been granted Deferred Bonus Awards under the Plan as part of their remuneration in respect of the 2021 financial year.
The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
