Mr. Arkle willbe a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. Mr. Arkle, aged 56, recently retired as a Partner of KPMG, where he played a keyrole in developing the Transaction Services practice into a UK market leadershipposition. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Englandand Wales and has extensive experience in assessing the strategic and financialposition of businesses and building value across a range of market sectors. He was a Partner of KPMG UK (and predecessor practices) from 1st October 1982 tohis retirement on 30 September 2004.
