VALEURA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR / PDMR SHARE DEALING
Calgary, December 19, 2019: Valeura Energy Inc. (TSX:VLE, LSE:VLU) ("Valeura" or the "Company"), the upstream natural gas producer focused on appraising and developing an unconventional gas accumulation in the Thrace Basin of Turkey in partnership with Equinor, announces the following purchases by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the capital of the Company:
- its President and Chief Executive Officer, Sean Guest, who is also a director, has advised the Company that he purchased a total of 100,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.52 per share (approximately £0.30/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 17, 2019; and
- its director and former Chief Executive Officer, James McFarland, has advised the Company that he purchased a total of 50,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.57 per share (approximately £0.33/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 17, 2019; and
- its director and Chairman of the Board, Tim Marchant, has advised the Company that he purchased a total of 40,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.57 per share (approximately £0.33/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 18, 2019.
