Grant of options to directors
Oxford Catalysts Group PLC announces that, further to the passing of resolution 4 at a general meeting of the Company held on 19 November 2008, the Company's remuneration committee met on the same day and agreed the following:
(i) Roy Lipski, Chief Executive Officer, was granted 600,000 options over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) (representing approximately 1.0% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 1 pence per share pursuant to the Oxford Catalysts Group Share Option Scheme. Following this grant, Roy Lipski holds 2,004,370 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.4% of the current issued Ordinary Shares); and
(ii) Susan Robertson, Chief Financial Officer, was granted 160,000 options over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) (representing approximately 0.3% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 1 pence per share pursuant to the Oxford Catalysts Group Share Option Scheme. Following this grant, Susan Robertson holds 222,893 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.4% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
