Block Listing Update
Further to the announcement by the Company on 4 November 2010, the Company announces that a total of 770,207 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued since that date pursuant to the Oxford Catalysts Group Share Option Scheme and related bonus schemes and admitted to trading in accordance with the block listing applied for at that time (the "Block Listing"). An update in accordance with Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.
The Company does not intend to utilise the remainder of the Block Listing (in respect of a total of 418,603 Ordinary Shares) and has requested that it be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange. A new block listing application may be made in due course and announced to the market as appropriate.
As announced on 19 November 2012, the Company's total issued share capital is 91,333,678 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 91,333,678 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
