Oxford Catalysts Group PLC (the "Company") has today made a blocklisting application for 4 million ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares will be used by the Company, among other things, to satisfy the exercise of Director and employee share options in the future.
It is expected that these new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to AIM on 9 November 2009.
