Bracknell, UK - 22 May 2015: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, was notified on 19 May 2015 that the beneficial interest in 141,000 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") has passed from Jerry Randall, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, to his daughter following her reaching the age of eighteen.

Consequently, Mr Randall's total beneficial interest in the Company has reduced by 141,000 Ordinary Shares to 3,781,129 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
