("Venture Life" or the "Company")
PDMR Dealings and Issue of Equity
Further to the announcements made on 20 November 2020, 24 November and 8 December the Company confirms completion of the sale of an aggregate 8,173,343 Sale Shares and the Exercise of 1,735,744 EMI Options. The details of these transactions are set out below.
The Company further notifies that on 9 December 2020 Jerry Randall and Sharon Daly (nee Collins) sold 1,231,852 and 418,779 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90 pence per share respectively. The Company also notifies that on the 9 December 2020, that Mrs A. Randall, wife of Jerry Randall, acquired 1,231,852 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.01 pence per Ordinary Share and Mr C. Daly, husband of Sharon Daly (nee Collins), acquired 418,779 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.01 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these transactions, the respective interests in the voting rights of the Company of Jerry Randall and Sharon Daly (nee Collins) remained unchanged and are as follows:
