Vintana plc announces that the Company has today been informed that, following a transfer of 6,687,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Harkness Trading Limited to SMS Media Limited ("SMS Media") earlier today, Harkness Trading Limited no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company. Harkness Trading Limited is a company controlled by Andrew Wilson and Bertrand Folliet, former directors of the Company.
The Company has further been informed that following this transfer, as well as the transfer of an additional 1,992,662 Ordinary Shares to SMS Media earlier today from another company controlled by Mr Wilson and Mr Folliet, SMS Media now holds 20,860,224 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 26.9% of the Company's total issued share capital. Andrew Wilson and Bertrand Folliet each hold a 34.9% beneficial interest in SMS Media.
