VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company") 

Change of Auditor

Following a formal audit tender process, Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as its new auditor with effect from 14 November 2023. RSM will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year to 31 March 2024. The appointment of RSM as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the previous auditor, BDO LLP, will deposit a statement with the Company of the circumstances connected with them ceasing to hold office as auditor of the Company (the "Statement"). A copy of the Statement will be sent to every person who is entitled to receive a copy of the Company's Annual Reports and Financial Statements.
