Total Voting Rights

Volga Gas announces that, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 80,567,800 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. The Company also holds 450,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total issued share capital is 81,017,800 (including treasury shares).

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 80,567,800 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
