Shareholding of director and person closely associated with a director
Volga Gas plc, the oil and gas exploration and production group operating in the Volga Region of Russia, announces that it was notified that on 25 January 2019, that Vladimir Koshcheev, a non-executive director of Volga Gas, has transferred to Efim Zadov, a person closely associated with Vladimir Koshcheev, an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.19 per cent of the outstanding share capital of the Company. The transfer of the shares were for in settlement of a debt as agreed between Messrs Koshcheev and Zadov. The Ordinary Shares so transferred were registered in the name of Vlarenhill Limited.
As a result of this transfer, Vladimir Koshcheev's beneficial interest decreased from 419,210 Ordinary Shares to 269,201 Ordinary Shares representing 0.33 per cent of the outstanding share capital of the Company and Efim Zadov's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares increased from 130,790 to 280,790 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35 per cent of the outstanding share capital of the Company
As reported separately, Vlarenhill on the same date transferred the resulting beneficial interests in the Ordinary Shares to each of Messrs Koschceev and Zadov.
