Shareholding of director and person closely associated with a director
Volga Gas plc, the oil and gas exploration and production group operating in the Volga Region of Russia, announces that it was notified that on 25 January 2019, Vlarenhill Limited ("Vlarenhill"), a company beneficially owned by Vladimir Koshcheev, a non-executive director of Volga Gas, and Efim Zadov, a person closely associated with Vladimir Koshcheev, transferred 269,210 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.32 per cent of the outstanding share capital of the Company, to Vladimir Koshcheev, and 280,790 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.35 per cent of the outstanding share capital of the Company to Efim Zadov. As a result of the transfers, Vlarenhill no longer has any interest in the Ordinary Shares.
