Volga Gas announces that on 24 July 2017 Andrey Zozulya, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was awarded a bonus of payment of 170,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Following this award, Mr. Zozulya's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 270,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
