THE OPTION, ORIGINALLY GRANTED OVER 25,000 SHARES, IS EXERCISABLE AS TO 4,500 SHARES NOW, AND UP TO 2,700 SHARES AND 1,800 SHARES ON THE SECOND AND THIRD ANNIVERSARIES OF ITS GRANT RESPECTIVELY AND DISPOSAL OF 1,834 SHARES.
