Grant of Options under the rules of the Victrex plc 2015 UK Sharesave Plan
Notification of transactions by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 1p shares ("Shares"):
Pursuant to invitations issued on 10 January 2019 to all eligible UK employees, options over an aggregate of 191,314 Shares were granted on 5 February 2019 under the Company's UK SAYE Scheme (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation was issued.
Options were granted to PDMRs, as follows:

In consideration of these options, the grantees will make monthly savings during the associated savings contract. The exercise price is £19.20 per share.
These options will normally be exercisable during a 6 month period commencing 1 April 2022 for a 3 Year contract and 1 April 2024 for a 5 Year contract.
