Victrex plc - Director Declaration

Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, today announces it has been notified that Brendan Connolly, Non-executive Director of Victrex, has been appointed to the Board of Pepco Group NV, as a Non-executive Director and Remuneration Chair. The appointment is effective from 14 May 2021.

Brendan has been a Non-executive director of Victrex since February 2018.
