Director Shareholding and related party share purchases
Victoria PLC ('Victoria' or 'Company') announces that it was informed on 15 August 2012 that on that date, Mrs Kay Garman, the wife of Mr David Garman, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 249.0p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Garman has a total beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company which, are held in the name of Mrs Garman.
