Director/PDMR Dealing
Various Eateries PLC, the owner, developer and operator of restaurant, clubhouse and hotel sites in the United Kingdom, announces that Xercise2 Limited (a company owned and controlled by Hugh Osmond (Non-Executive Director of the Company)), on 9 October 2024 purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per share. Following this transaction Xercise2 Limited's beneficial holding is now 39,436,256 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 22.53% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
The resultant aggregate interest of Hugh Osmond and members of his Concert Party in the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for the purpose of the City Code, is 110,739,152 ordinary shares, representing 63.2% of the Enlarged Share Capital.
