Total Voting Rights Update
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR's"), the Company's total issued share capital comprises 106,740,934 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company holds no shares in treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 106,740,934. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR's.
