UniVision Engineering Ltd13 January 2006 Embargoed until 7am 13 January 2006 UniVision Engineering Limited Placing of new Ordinary Shares UniVision Engineering Limited ("UniVision" or the "Company") is pleased toannounce that its broker, Insinger de Beaufort, has placed 10,333,333 newOrdinary Shares of HK$0.0625 at a price of 3p per share. The placing has raised £310,000 before expenses for the Company and the fundswill be used to provide additional working capital for the Group. Application has been made for 10,333,333 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
