Directorate changes
UniVision appoints two new Executive Directors
UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television ("CCTV") and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that it has appointed two new executive directors to the UniVision Board.
The Company is pleased to announce that LI Keung Hung (also known as Edward Li) and CHAN Chi Hung (also known as Ivan Chan), will both be appointed as Executive Directors with effect from 24 June 2020.
Edward Li started his career as a Project Manager with UniVision in 1991, spending nine years with the Company before leaving to work in a number of other project management roles in Hong Kong in engineering, focusing on transport and CCTV, including a number of significant projects relating to the Hong Kong MTR. Edward re-joined UniVision in March 2017 as a Senior Project Manager to manage the Group's major long-term contract to replace the CCTV system on the Hong Kong MTR. On his appointment to the Board, Mr Li will serve as the Company's Projects Director.
Ivan Chan has worked for UniVision since 1996 in various roles starting in quality control, testing, maintenance and then as an engineer. Since 2004, he has held various management positions within the Sales and Marketing team, assuming the role of Chief Operations Officer in November 2019. On his appointment to the Board, Mr Chan will serve as the Company's Chief Operations Officer.
