Transfer of Shares effective
Utilitywise (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that further to the announcement of 12 November 2015, the transfer of Geoff Thompson's shares became effective on 12 November 2015 for the Geoffrey Thompson Family Settlement 2015 (No 1) trust, 13 November 2015 for the Geoffrey Thompson Family Settlement 2015 (No 2) trust, and 15 November 2015 for the Geoffrey Thompson Family Settlement 2015 (No 3) trust (the "Trusts" and the "Transfers"). Geoff Thompson is a trustee of each trust and as such the shares which have been transferred remain subject to AIM Rule 21 (Close Periods) and AIM Rule 17 (Directors Dealings).
Following the Transfers, Mr Thompson is directly interested in 7,946,101 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 600,000 Ordinary Shares indirectly by virtue of being a trustee of each of the Trusts. In total, Mr Thompson is interested in 8,546,101 Ordinary Shares representing an interest of 11.14 per cent. of the total voting rights of Company.
