Pre-close Trading Statement

Utilitywise PLC (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, is pleased to provide a trading update for its financial year ended 31 July 2013.

Revenue for the full year is expected to be broadly in line and adjusted profit before tax is anticipated to be in line with market expectations. Net cash balances at 31 July are expected to be approximately £3.7 million with the value of contracts secured but not yet live standing at £16.6 million.

Trading remains strong and the Board is confident in the Company's ability to deliver continued organic growth. Following the recent acquisition of Energy Information Centre (EIC) on 3 July, positive progress has been made on the integration of the business. Since completion of the acquisition two major contracts have been won for large users of energy, as a result of the Group's ability to bring energy reduction measures to its customers alongside a risk managed approach to procurement.

Utilitywise expects to announce its full year results to 31st July, in the third week of October 2013.
