 Utilitywise, a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 103,186 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares" and "New Ordinary Shares") in the Company following the exercise of share options by employees.

 The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Admission is expected to be effective from 11 November 2015.

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 76,695,520. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 76,695,520 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
