Appointment of Director
Utilitywise PLC (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Kempster, a non-executive Director of the Company, in the newly created role of Commercial Director with effect from August 1 2014. As such he will remain on the Board of the Company, in an Executive capacity from that date forward.
Jon has extensive experience in the public company environment and has previously held Board roles with Wincanton plc, Delta plc, Low & Bonar plc, Linden plc and Fii plc. Latterly Jon has been Finance Director of a large private group, JVM Ltd. His role will principally be focused on operations, business development and M&A and he will report directly to Geoff Thompson, CEO.
