This announcement replaces RNS number 1964Y which was released at 7.00am this morning.

Utilitywise, a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, was notified on 21 January 2014 that Jeremy Middleton, a non-executive Director of the Company had purchased 1,153,846 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 260.2158p per Ordinary Share on that day. Subsequent to this purchase Jeremy is now interested in 1,793,956 Ordinary Shares representing 2.48 per cent. of the share capital of Utilitywise.
