Board Changes
Further to the Board Changes announcement of 18 October 2016, Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, is pleased to announce that Richard Laker will take up his appointment as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company on 1st January 2017.
Ensuring an orderly succession, Jon Kempster will step down as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company on 31 December 2016.
