Sale of 22.6 million existing ordinary shares in US Solar Fund Plc
Walsh & Company Investments Limited (a subsidiary of Evans Dixon Limited), on behalf of New Energy Solar Fund, and in its own right, (the "Sellers") announces today the sale of 22,600,000 existing ordinary shares (the "Sale Shares") in US Solar Fund Plc ("US Solar") at a price of $0.90 per share (the "Transaction"). The Sale Shares represent approximately 11% of US Solar's issued share capital and the entirety of the Sellers' unrestricted holding in US Solar. Following completion of the Transaction, subsidiaries of Evans Dixon Limited will hold 5,143,546 shares which are subject to lock up agreements expiring from April 2022. Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") acted as sole global coordinator on the Transaction.
US Solar will not receive any proceeds from the Transaction.
