DIRECTORATE CHANGE
US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) announces that Josephine Tan has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 15 May 2020. Ms Tan is taking up a new executive position that would not be compatible with the time commitment required to remain on the Board of the Company.
Commenting on Ms Tan's resignation, Gill Nott, Chair of the Company said:
"We are very sorry to see her go and would like to thank her for her significant contribution to the Company. The Board has engaged the services of a professional search firm and is in the process of recruiting a new non-executive director to replace Ms Tan. The Board expects to finalise this recruitment in June 2020."
