The Directors would like to remind those shareholders that have held shares in URA since before 2nd January 2021 that the warrants over ordinary shares of Ananda Developments plc, which they received as on 5th May 2021 (https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.128/9gd.c8d.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/20210510-Distribution-of-ANA-shares-Final.pdf) will expire at 1700 BST on 11 June 2022.
