Director/PDMR Shareholding
Norza Zakaria, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed Upland Resources that he has transferred all the shares he holds in the Company to Acegroup Investments Limited ("Acegroup"). Acegroup is a company wholly owned by Norza Zakaria and of which he is the sole director.
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No. 596/2014) the following notification has been made:
