Following completion of the Placing of an aggregate of 169,230,770 new shares of no par value in the Company at 1.3p per share announced by the Company on 1 December 2016, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No. 596/2014) the following notifications have been made by each of the Directors of the Company of their subscriptions for new shares of no par value in the Company in the Placing:-
