Appointment of David Williams as Non-Executive Director

United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: "UOG") is pleased to announce the appointment David Williams as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Biography

David Williams brings extensive financial and corporate experience to United, with a career spanning over two decades in investment management capital markets and corporate strategy. He has built a strong reputation for identifying value opportunities and delivering strategic growth across multiple industries.

His background combines deep financial acumen with hands-on experience in corporate strategy and the operation of publicly listed companies. David's experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, and board-level oversight provides United with valuable insight into capital allocation, risk management, and shareholder value creation.

Professional Highlights:

• Founder and Director of Richmond Bridge Capital Ltd. (since 2019) providing strategy and corporate finance advice to small companies and Founder of Sankofa Investment Partners, focused on identifying investment opportunities in undervalued or transitional sectors.

• Over fifteen years at M&G Investments, including serving as a Fund Manager of UK and Global equity portfolios, where he was responsible for managing significant corporate positions and delivering consistent investment performance.
