BOARD CHANGE

Universe Group plc (AIM:UNG.L), a leading developer and supplier of point of sale, payment and loyalty systems, announces that Billy Tank, who has been on medical leave of absence since January 2017, has today decided to step down from his position on the Board to focus on his continued recovery.
