Umeco plc announces that on 12 August 2011 it was notified of the following changes to the interests of Andrew Moss and his connected persons in 25 pence ordinary shares in Umeco plc, which occurred on 05 August 2011. There is no change in Andrew Moss' total beneficial interest as a result of these changes, which arise from transfers of shares between the registered names in which his beneficial interest is held. The transfer was made by way of a gift.
