Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Directors & PDMRs in 25 pence ordinary shares. On 08 August 2011, deferred share awards were made under the Umeco Bonus Plan to Andrew Moss and Steve Bowers.
The price paid for shares acquired for the deferred share awards was 335 pence per share.

The deferred share awards made relate to the successful completion of the disposal of the Supply Chain business.
Under the terms of deferred share awards, the Director/PDMR becomes the legal and beneficial owner of the shares but on terms that they must, in normal circumstances, be retained for a period of three years and may, in certain circumstances, be forfeited for no payment if the employment of the Director/PDMR ends within that period.
