The initiative, entitled Wigan In Mind, provides round the clock access toUltrasis' Relief Series throughout the region. The Relief Series is a selectionof online multimedia programs which provide tools to identify, educate, motivateand monitor people suffering from anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia. Theinteractive self help package, is based on proven Computerised CognitiveBehavioural Therapy (CCBT) techniques.All programmes are easy to use and are available at any time, appealingparticularly to busy people and those who prefer to access the treatment fromthe privacy of their own home. As part of the Wigan in Mind project, registration cards are now available atselected access points across the region, providing free access to the website -www.wiganinmind.com.
