ULS Technology plc, the provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, announces that it was informed on 24 September 2015 that on 24 September 2015, Mr Ben Thompson, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 51p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Thompson's holding in the Company is 20,000 Shares, which represent approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
