Board change
Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "Sarantel"), a leading manufacturer of revolutionary filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices, announces that Ernie Richardson, Non Executive Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Mr Richardson, a partner at the venture capital firm MTI Partners, joined Sarantel's Board in 2006.
